The University of Maryland Shore Medical Center is an acute care community hospital servicing Kent County. The center supports 31 beds, and a large number of services for the residents of the county. Services include: inpatient medical services, an emergency room, same day surgical services, and a number of outpatient diagnostic services, complete with a radiology and lab testing service.
